By accessing or purchasing from https://anticultpublishing.com or https://theanticult.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Intellectual Property

All products sold through the Site are the intellectual property of The Anti-Cult Organization and/or its authors. You are purchasing a copy for personal use only. No reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works are permitted without express written permission.

3.Ordering & Fulfillment

Pricing: All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted once we process your payment and initiate fulfillment.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment: Books are printed and shipped via Lulu.com specifically for your order.

Shipping: Shipping times are estimated by Lulu and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our books are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns except in cases of defect or damage. If your book arrives with a misprint or is damaged in transit, email us at info@theanticult.org within 14 days. We will work with Lulu to provide a replacement. Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses you enter incorrectly.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All content sold or published by us is for informational, educational, and satirical purposes only. It is not intended as professional advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Anti-Cult Organization disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
